INSTITUTE of NJ
DA VINCI ROBOT ASSISTED SURGERY
The Urologic Institute of New Jersey has established the Center for Robotic surgery and Robotic Prostatectomy in order to provide minimally invasive alternatives for genitourinary reconstructive surgeries such as pyeloplasty (correcting kidney outlet obstruction), ureterolithotomy (removing impacted stones), as well as Robotic-assisted Laparoscopic prostatectomy for localized prostate cancer.
By utilizing the da Vinci Robot, our physicians are able to re-enact
traditional open surgical principals with the highest degree of accuracy
and precision. Our doctors have specialty training
in performing these complex operations.
Our doctors have performed well over 300 Robotic cases at Hackensack University Medical Center and The Valley Hospital in Ridgewood, New Jersey. The UROLOGIC INSTITUTE ROBOTIC TEAM stands ready to treat any and all urologic malignancies and reconstructions involving the kidneys, bladder and prostates by providing the most advanced and sophisticated technology available today.

We believe in the value of a close patient-physician relationship. In order to provide
continuity of care, you will see one specific physician for your care. Although one physician
will supervise your care, you will benefit from a group practice, as members of the group specialize in different areas of urology and urologic surgery, they consult with each other
to encourage consistent, advanced, conscientious, and the highest quality of care.
If your regular doctor is absent, another one of our doctors is always available.
In the event of an urgent situation, it may be necessary and advisable for you to see
the most available urologist.
The Urologic Institute of New Jersey has four office locations in Hackensack, Paramus, Belleville, and Maplewood, New Jersey. All office locations are conveniently located close to Hackensack University medical center and the Valley Hospital.
